Graduated with B-Tech in Food Technology from Gurunanak Institute of Technology, achieving a DGPA of 7.62 in 2011. This program provided a strong foundation in food technology principles, emphasizing production, safety, and quality control. Graduated with a Diploma in Food Technology from Sheikhpara Abdur Rehman Memorial Polytechnic, achieving a score of 79.5% in 2007. This qualification provided specialized training and practical skills in food technology, emphasizing food safety, quality control, and processing technologies.

CP Operations Officer November 2012 - August 2014

At Britannia Industries Ltd., I managed production delivery as per indent, dispatching finished goods as requested by logistics. I tracked raw material and packaging material planning with replenishment and ensured quality maintenance through regular audits.

Production Officer August 2012 - October 2012

At Mani’s Baking Solution Pvt. Ltd (CMU Unit of Parle Products), I supervised biscuit manufacturing processes, implemented quality control measures to ensure product consistency, and coordinated with the team to meet daily production targets.

Shift Incharge/Production Officer July 2011 - July 2012

At SAJ Food Products Pvt. Ltd (Bisk Farm), I managed shift operations for biscuit and rusk manufacturing. I ensured adherence to production schedules and quality standards, and conducted routine inspections and audits to maintain product quality.

Internship at Thacker’s Dairy & Express Dairy

I completed a comprehensive study of end-to-end food production techniques for dairy products during my internship. Tasks included quality control, working on the ice cream processing line, examination of sealed packets of milk, understanding effluent treatment, and production of butter and ghee.

WORKS

PROJECTS AND INDUSTRIAL VISITS

During my B-Tech, I engaged in various projects focusing on the preparation and analysis of soy-based products. These projects included:

  • Preparation of products like soy milk, tofu, and soy yoghurt.
  • Detailed analysis of these prepared products to assess their nutritional content and suitability for different diets.
  • A comparative study of soy products with traditional dairy products to determine their health benefits and commercial viability.
  • Development of preliminary weaning food based on soy flour, aimed at providing a high-protein alternative for infants.

These projects allowed me to develop a deep understanding of plant-based nutrition and its application in food technology, enhancing my skills in product innovation and food safety.

During my B-Tech program, I participated in several industrial visits that provided practical insights into the food manufacturing industry. These visits included:

  • Fritolay, Dhulagarh: Observed the latest industry techniques in the production of potato chips and extruded snacks.
  • Mother Dairy, Dankuni: Gained a general understanding of the work processes in a dairy, from milk collection to product finalization.
  • Raja Biscuit, Khardah: Acquired insight into the latest biscuit manufacturing techniques on a large scale, focusing on automation and quality control.

These experiences enhanced my understanding of modern production environments and the various technologies employed in food processing and manufacturing.
